This protein-packed bowl is one of our favorite go-to options because it’s quick, satisfying, and easy to customize based on what you have on hand. It’s creamy, slightly sweet, and has just the right texture – almost like a cookie dough – making it feel like a treat while still supporting your body in a meaningful way.

It’s also incredibly versatile. You can enjoy it as a breakfast, a mid-day reset, or even a nourishing snack when you need something that will actually hold you over.
